3 Home Made Butter

1. Avocado butter:

Avocado is an essential food for a healthy and balanced diet. It actually accelerates the metabolism and controls the levels of fats in the blood. It also contains fiber, vitamins, and minerals essential for weight loss.

  • 1 lawyer
  • ½ plate of butter (50 g)
  • Juice of 1 lemon (30 g)
  • 1 branch of coriander (20 g)
  • ½ tablespoon pepper (8 g)
  • 2 tablespoons salt (30 g)


  • To start, peel and cut the avocado into pieces.
  • Then mix all the ingredients together until you obtain a smooth, lump-free preparation. The butter must indeed be very creamy and thick. So you do not have to add a lot of water.
  • Finally, fill small cups with your avocado butter and place them in the refrigerator for 1 hour to make the consistency a little firmer. Then serve with what you want!

2. Carrot butter:

Carrot is a vegetable with diuretic and digestive properties. It contains a lot of beta-carotene, vitamin A and minerals essential for the optimal functioning of the body. Do not miss the opportunity to incorporate this food into your preparations.


  • 2 carrots
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • The juice of a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (15 g)
  • ½ tablespoon pepper (8 g)
  • 1 tablespoon salt (15 g)
  • 1 glass of water (200 ml)


  • Done es to the first boil because eets unpeeled in 2 cups of water until they are  very tender. Then let them cool.
  • Place the carrot pieces in the blender with the other ingredients. Remember that you must add them one by one so that the flavors mix well.
  • You must also add a little water until you get the desired consistency.
  • Finally, serve in ramekins and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. V ou can then be used with any food or entrance.

3. Eggplant butter:

The eggplant is a vegetable that has various properties for the body. It is diuretic, antioxidant and rich in potassium, magnesium, and fiber. So does not it seem to be a good idea to prepare an eggplant butter?

  • 2 eggplants
  • 2 tablespoons margarine (40 g)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (15 ml)
  • ½ tablespoon pepper (8 g)
  • 1 tablespoon salt (15 g)


  • First, wash the eggplants well and dry them.
  • Place them on the gas stove so that they are in direct contact with the fire. You must let them burn only on the outside (until the formation of an almost black shell). Flip them over with tongs or a fork.
  • Remove then burned skin eggplant and cook for another 5 minutes for it to acquire a smoky flavor.
  • Then cut the aubergines into pieces and place them in a blender with the other ingredients. Remember that you must add them one by one so that the flavors mix well.
  • Finally,  add a little water to make the mixture creamier. Serve in ramekins which you will put in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 hours, until the butter, becomes a little hard. Serve and enjoy!
